Terms of Service

QR Connect lets you create a digital business card and a dynamic QR code that links to it, and share that card with others. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Creating an account currently requires a one-time payment of $0.99. Pricing may change in the future; any change will apply to new sign-ups going forward and will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may create and manage a limited number of cards, and publish a limited number of them at any one time, as shown in your dashboard. These limits may change over time.

You own the content you upload to your cards (photos, logos, text, links). By publishing a card, you make that content publicly accessible to anyone who visits the link or scans the QR code — it is your responsibility to only include information you are comfortable sharing publicly. You confirm that you have the right to use any content you upload and that it does not infringe on anyone else's rights.

You agree not to use QR Connect to:

• Impersonate another person or organization, or publish false contact information.
• Upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Distribute malware, spam, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law.

We may suspend or remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts, that violate these Terms.

We aim to keep QR Connect available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

You may stop using the service and delete your cards or account at any time from your dashboard, or by contacting us. Because the account fee covers setup of your account and digital card, it is generally non-refundable once your account has been created — contact us if you believe there has been an error with your payment and we will look into it.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewGenIT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use QR Connect after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
